Gave Up on this place

After 2 hours we hadn't received the delivery (they had said an hour) so we called and cancelled. No explanation or apology... I used to be a huge fan and even recommended anyone coming in to town for a visit to go try this place but won't now. Hopefully they can step up their game because the food is really good.
