I would not do any future business with Tigli Tan. I have frequentled them in the past, but believe in this economy they are desperate and engaging in a variety of fraudulent business practices to keep themselves going. I have filed complaints with the BBB. It was no surprise they are not a part of BBB. I purchased a voucher which stated $99.00 for 4 microderm sessions. Upon arrival for my first appointment, they demanded another $155.00. They immediately stated they understood that many before me were also confused and that even though the voucher states $99.00 for 4 microderms, that is not what they meant and that is not what they will offer without an additional $155.00. I have a receipt that states $99 for 4 microderms, but that means nothing to them and they will not resolve this in any manner.

FUN place with something for everyone. The staff were warm and welcoming the moment I walked through the doors. I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Tigli Tan for over 2 years now. I go around once every 2 weeks or so. I recently decided to drop my account. There are several reasons for one it keeps going up in price, there is only promotions for non monthly patrons, it is really under staffed and if they are helping somewhere else you can stand waiting for 5-10 minutes with a tight schedule I don't have the time.

The last straw was when they charged my credit card for a massage plan I don't have and wouldn't want from this place.

I canceled my monthly plan and then this month I was charged. Called them and was told 2 plus years ago you signed a contract saying you have to give notice 30 days before, which I didn't. I said this was not explained when I walked in filled out paper work and wrote down the date I wanted to stop my plan. Tough is the basic response I got. I would say be very careful they love to take your money and the employees are never given any help or training. I WOULD STAY AWAY!!!

great staff. I just bought my wife a gift certificate to the Tigli Skin Spa for her birthday. She said she loved the gift and the facial she got was amazing. We were both impressed they use almost all organic products too.

Dirty. Store is dirty and cluttered, Owner is rude and condescending. Quality of service is poor at best. I wouldn't be surprised if owner had friends and family give her the good ratings, notice the majority of reviewers only have 1 review...
