John, was to embarrassed to post a review, so here I am. What can I say other then thank you? You did such an amazing job on the whole house. And you were right, after years of never using it, we use that living room every day. We are having a "house warming" party the first weekend in February, if you and your family can make it?

I recently moved my office to a new location in Eagan. I needed the new space to have a build out completed in a short time, so that my clinic operations would not be interrupted. Titus Contracting LLC was recommended to me by my real estate agent.

After explaining my situation to Titus, they said that they would do their best to finish the project within 5-6 weeks. I told them that I needed the new space ready within 5 weeks, otherwise, I would not have time to set up my new office and my business would be interrupted. Titus Contracting finished the project in 4 weeks, which gave me plenty of time to make a smooth transition into my new office.

They did a fine job in a short amount of time. I would recommend Titus Contracting to anyone who is in need of a reliable and efficient contractor.

Dear Lee and Scott,I want to thank you and the Titus team for taking over our multi-home project this year. As you know, some of the homes were in various states of disrepair and your team stepped up and took care of everything each project required. I really appreciate how you have taken control of every piece of each project, from beginning to end, all the while keeping me apprised of the progress. Titus creatively has really helped Osprey when it came to the repair and rehab of the 25 homes. You have truly been delightful in your work effort and delivery of the project completions. I would gladly recommend Titus Contracting to any home project, large or small.

Titus Contracting recently did a mini theater in the youth center of the local Christian Academy. They did amazing work on the whole layout of the room. Scott and his team helped remove the stress of the job by always having a great game plan from start to finish. The children and teens love the new theater and the new facility that were also remodeled. Thanks Scott! Titus really did a great job!

Top-Notch Contracting Company. Titus Contracting might be one of the most professional contracting firms I've dealt with. Design Manager Scott Rajavuori was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and made the project a breeze from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Kitchen remodel. Titus did a kitchen remodel that turned out beautiful way better then we would have ever guessed, there attention to detail and concern about my family still living in the house. They truly showed us that they cared about every thing including cleaning up after them selfs each day. They did everything they said they would plus more. They would be my first choice if we ever need any other remodeling work. They should be your first choice when considing hiring a remodeling company. Lisa.
