Overpriced small portions are one thing but at least make the food taste like its supposed to. The descriptions on the menu and the food that arrives at the table bear little resemblance to each other. Order two or three meat or fish dishes and the sauce for them all will be the same. I can only assume this place is surviving on the weekday lunch buffet crowd who (poor souls) have never tasted really good Indian food and think they're getting it here. They're not and it's a good thing we believe in cremation because otherwise Lord Ganesha would be turning in his grave.
kind of shady. I THINK THE FOOD IS GOOD. BUT THIS PLACE DOES NOT HONOR ITS COUPONS OR CERTIFICATES. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING ON THE SOLE REASON THAT THE MANAGER IS SHADY, AND OFFERS PROMOTIONS TO GET YOU IN THERE, AND THEN AFTER YOU ARE DONE EATING, FINDS SOME REASON NOT TO HONOR IT.
Very poor service with absolutely no coordination.
We have gone to this restaurant a few time with hopes that thing would improve - but the staff is completely confused and uncoordinated.
Very recently - we visited and we were told 5 minute wait by receptionist #1 - it turned out receptionist #2 had a wait list she was carrying around with her and rececptionist #1 had no idea. Once she found out - she indicated it will take 10 minutes. We waited 30 minutes before we left in disgust.
Prior to this, in another visit, we were able to get seated on time... however, when we ordered, food came in stages (e.g., 5-10 minutes apart); and part of our order was never even served.
Prior to this, in another visit, food came out very late and cold - apparently server was not aware food was ready and it sat in the ktichen before being served.
I can go on and on. We hoped the service would get better as this restaurant is close to our home and we love Indian food. However - after 2.5 years of being open - they have not be able to get the issues resolved. I think they go through a new manager every 2-3 months.
I suggest alternative restaurants in the area.
Good Food nice Ambiance.
We really enjoyed our time here. The chicken masala was really good! We also had some bindi (Okra) dish that was average.
But, overall we really liked it!
