terrible customer service and poor cleaning.
I've rarely had such awful customer service, especially from a company billing itself as eco-friendly, I guess not so human-friendly. I've had three items had to be redone for lack of quality cleaning, one item delayed to the point of possibly lost then retrieved almost a week later, manager's saying they'll call back and don't, plant manager's non-responsive to your own personnel regarding inquiries into delayed items, delivery supposed to be scheduled that wasn't, and more. All while charging considerably more than competitors. Disappointing to see more attention is paid to decor and branding than quality of service.
