First they added on a 2,000$ warranty
to my car loan even though the car still had one. They do not tell you until you are signing papers. They also do not tell you the warranty is 100$ each time you claim. They then tell you can cancel it at any time. I have to make my 5th appointment to go cancel it.
My experience has been a huge waste of my time and money. I drove the car home and on the freeway drive I noticed the alignment was off. I got home and the locks did not work. I called as soon as i got home to report the findings. I was told the tire was low that's why the car was pulling. (Come on!) Brought it in next day and they fixed the locks and told me the tire was low. They assured me they drove the car and it did not pull to the left anymore. What do you know, still did! I called made a 2nd appointment. They then told me it needs a strut but it would take 2 weeks to get. I made a 3rd appointment to have the strut put in. Each time having to find alternate transportation. They replaced the strut but did not do an alignment which goes hand in hand. DAN reassured me it no longer pulled. What do you know it still did. I called and DAN told me he drove it, it did not pull to the left. He said i should probably go get an alignment. He then said i could make a 4th appointment to drive it with him. I was done wasting my time with them. I brought it to an auto body shop. The said I need strut rod bushings which should have been done with the strut replacement. Called cities auto they told me that was unlikely for a car with 47,000 miles.
