Professional and Top Notch. I love that not only do I get a great consultation before-hand - they make sure they know what I want, but then we discuss what they'll do next time. For instance, right now I'm growing my hair out. I came from one of those cuts that is shorter in the back. My stylist explained how she was going to clean it up and what products to use in the interim (love Rootbooster and Volume Goes to 11 - great for my fine hair). We then discussed how it would grow and what would happen at my next appointment. I've been going there for years - love them!
