VERY bad customer service. I will never order from Jimmy Johns Eden Prairie again and I have told everyone at my company the same thing. I ordered food 45 minutes before a customer was to visit over lunch. The lunches had not arrived by the time the customer arrived. I called Jimmy Johns Eden Prairie to ask where they were and they said "We are short on drivers, it will be a half hour" I asked if my sandwiches were ready and that I can drive over now and pick them up? "Yes, they are done just no one to deliver them" I'm on my way over now! was my response. I arrived there and said I called where are my sandwiches. The guy yells back can you start working on her order? WTH? I said, "you said that they were done, I ordered over an hour ago". Then the guy who was obviously new started to slowly make the sandwiches. I came back to the office to find the client leaving our company's parking lot with no lunch! 2 hours to get 6 sandwhiches. No apology from the restaurant and my office used to be regular customers too. NEVER order from them again!
