Best thing I've ever done for myself!. I started going to Envy over a year ago with a coupon for laser hair removal....I have since not only added other areas for hair removal (I'm almost competely hair free, I really don't shave at all anymore! And I was HAIRY!) But have evened out my skin tone and gotten rid of my sun damage and now have started cellulite treatments and LOVE the results! They offer no interest financing so it makes it a doable thing for me to do this. The staff is always very friendly. I'n in the clinic a lot since the cellulite treatments are weekly and feel so great walking in. I''m always greeting with a smile and if they ever are behind they let me know and I don't mind because I like the back waiting room. Its VERY relaxing and I like to read the magazines:) It does get busy there but I realize its because they do have so many lasers and treatment rooms that theres going to always be a lot of clients in and out. They always fit me in when I need an appointment and I really appreciate it because my schedule can get crazy! Thats why I came on here and wrote this. The customer service is the best I've ever had!! And the results are AMAZING!!Thanks Envy!!…
Great Service from Envy Skin Clinic!. When I was young, I spent too much time in the sun without wearing sunblock. Over the years, I had acquired quite a bit of sun damage on my face. Envy Skin Clinic was able to do an amazing job of improving my skins appearance. What a difference! I definitely recommend their services!…
Very poor Skincare Clinic. I was being treated for age spots on my face. I went to my family doctor for a check up and was told that the spots they were treating were not age spots but skin cancer. I called to get my money back and was treated rudely by a nurse and was told I had to prove this. I sent the paper work and no one called me back or would return my calls. They are rude and dont have a clue on what they are doing. Warning go else where!!!!…
Not worth the time or savings!. The people are very rude and unprofessional, the waits are very long and the consultation was just a sales pitch! I like the results, but I am going to another place in Edina now where they get me in immediately every time, they are kind and respectful, with an added bonus of NO sales pitch.…
$400 is NOT a certificate, everybody wins the ''Drawing''.
Won a $400 gift certificate at the mall (after researching I found out everybody wins it ) so it's not a win, it's a tactic to get you into the salon so they can sell very expensive procedures.
Someone that wants to spend lots of $$$ for laser hair removal or very expensive facial packages, can benefit from this since they take off the 400 'you won' but they will not let you use the 400 toward anything that is less than $900, I called to confirm this (eden prairie location)
My advice, you can get much cheaper services (without the scams hopefully) at other salons and using the crowdcut/groupon deals!
**also-note on laser hair removal-- less than 6 sessions won't do much permanent removal, no FDA has approved permanent hair removal, only a reduction in growth---think about this before you buy VERY EXPENSIVE laser hair removal package ****…
