Worst Service. We called and got a quote from Expert this morning to rekey a few doors in our new home. We thought the price was reasonable, so we scheduled an appointment. When the technician got here, he said he charged almost double what our quote was. We would have NEVER made an appointment with them if we knew this was the price. It was was way higher than any quote we got from other locksmiths as well. He was incredibly rude and would not even listen to what we were saying. If you want to be charged too much and deal with rude technician... then this is your place. Otherwise, I'd take your business elsewhere and not have to pay the service charge.…
