Quick and to the point!!. I found the magnet for these guys on the fridge from the previous owners of my house. The coil on my garage was broken and I couldn't lift the door if my life depended on it. Garrett called ahead to inform me he was running a little later than the appointment time, which was much appreciated. Once he arrive, he got down to business, checking out what needed to be repaired, explaining which parts needed to be replaced and how much they would cost. He wasn't pushy, seemed to be honest about how long the current parts would last - so I had him fix everything he mentioned and he was done within the hour! I hope not to have to call them again (as he mentioned it should be good for 5-10 years now), but would recommend them to anyone looking!

Great Experience with Elite Garage Door!!. Had Elite Garage Door recommended to me by my brother-in-law who had excellent results with them earlier this year. They installed a new garage door for me at a reasonable price and did a fantastic job. A couple irregularities existed with my door that made the installation non-standard, but was no problem for the crew (Garret and Matt). Even made a run to Home Depot for me at no added cost to pick up and install an additional trim piece. Very satisfied.
