Dear ASPCA, I would like to report a kennel we used over the Labor Day weekend. We left our dog at Wagging Tails, Eagan (MN), on Thursday, August 30th. I was instructed to bring food so I put together eleven bags of pre measured 1/4 cup meals. I also brought her food dish, water dish, crate, crate cover, blanket, and toys. Wagging Tails was not open on Labor Day so I went to get our dog on Tuesday at 7a. Being a white Maltese I could see as she was brought to me that she was dirty. No problem. However, when I went to pick her up I got a handful of feces that was matted into her rear and hind quarters. I was disgusted and put her down and went to wash my hands. I told the person at the front desk what I found and all she could say was she was sorry. I asked for her things and was told her crate and bedding were, "in the wash". I demanded that they be brought to me. When I got her bedding I was shocked at what she slept in. So shocked I took pictures when I got home. As soon as I got home I gave our dog a bath. After I dried her off I noticed that there were still spots of feces that I missed. I call a groomer and got her an immediate appointment. While she was at her appointment I started to wash her bedding and go through her things. I then noticed that of the eleven bags I had left for five days worth of meals, nine were returned. That means that in five days she ate 1/2 a cup of food. I put a posting on the Wagging Tails Facebook site relaying my complaint and all they said in response was essentially, sorry we were closed on Labor Day.

Refund Promised, Not Delivered. My dog didn't mind going to this place, but after she was in an accident, they promised me a refund and didn't deliver. After attempting to contact them for three weeks after, I've given up. Very poor customer service.
