Zipp Taxi Service. Tried to reach my favorite driver and dispatcher would not dispatch the call. Tried several times to reach the driver and dispatcher refused. Finally the dispatcher put me in touch with my favorite driver. When I talked to the driver, the driver said dispatcher refused to give driver my phone number per my request. Dispatcher is difficult to work with. Later I found out from the driver that dispatcher is the owner. Wow! You would think the owner would want to keep customers happy.
