do not use!. Called this company at least 15 times , Most calls were ignored, but the two times that I did get through, i spoke to the OWNER who gave me times and dates of when he would be at our house to clean windows. He didn't show up the first time, nor did he call to alert me that he wouldn't be there. I figured everyone deserves a second chance, but he blew that one the same way. I spent a total of one entire day waiting on this fool to be an honorable person. What a waste of my time.

Not only do i not recommend him to anyone, I actively tell people NOT to use this company. There are honest companies out there who deserve your business, this is not one of them.

Poor customer service. Midwest Cleaning Solutions had a Groupon back in April which I purchased and was looking forward to using (for window cleaning). Lets just say they probably shouldn't have signed up to do a Groupon if they weren't interested in getting a lot of business. They never showed to the appointment, and never called to say they weren't coming. I called back twice in the week and left messages, but they never got back to me. So, Midwest Cleaning Solutions, if you have bad customer service (more like non-existent customer service), expect bad reviews. Here is mine.
