Worse service ever at a hair salon and bad h/c and color. this place has the worse customer service even the owners don't get back to you. lisa did but wanted me to come in and see her and frankly 2 times with bad color and h/c was enough for me.! So I did not go back. Then thats when she became rude also. I had a redo of a redo h/c and they pretty much chopped it.(Alison nice but not a hair stylist). the color I liked 1st time and asked for that 2nd time and WOW they couldn't get it right. In fact my hair turned orange. They are nice here until you have a complaint then they basically ignore you and the complaint. BAD Customer service and services. Never had someone at a business not return your calls OR I asked for a refund and they basically said NO. Never go here again and I will tell friends and family NOT to either. Bad all around.…
Great salon iApple Valley. go see Lisa! She really takes her time listening to your wants and needs. She's not afraid to tell you if she thinks a style won't work. It's really affordable too!
