Pleasantly Surprised. I was very nervous to receive my services due to the bad reviews on here but was definitely pleasantly surprised. The staff members were all nice and appeared confident and experienced. I received a pedicure, express facial, massage and shampoo/blow dry. All the services were good and the pedicure was excellent. The massage was better than most I've had in Salon type settings (really got the knots out and focused on my trouble areas). The facial was nice but did not include extractions but I am guessing that's because it wasn't a full facial. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. I felt pampered and am glad I went!

What A Joke...Please don't waste your money. I bought a Groupon deal and was open-minded walking in. My massage "therapist" was so new and scared she kept asking me how to give a massage and kept saying "sorry". I finally told her to just dig her elbow in my back where I pointed.

The facial was a joke, not worth any money. The mani and pedi were fine.

The salon is a dirty run-down place that looks like a hair salon in an ugly strip mall in Navarre, not Wayzata.

Don't go there expecting a relaxing and pampering experience. You will be greatly disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR MASSAGE OR FACIAL!!. I got the groupon deal for a facial and massage. First of all I got the worst experience from them even before I got there. I had scheduled my appointments for a Saturday night. Earlier in the week I got a voicemail from them saying they needed to change my appointment to friday because they had a princess party coming in that evening. I called back to let them know that friday did not work for me, but they had already taken me off the books for Saturday. I was then put back on for my same times for Saturday. I got a call from them on the day of my appointment asking me if I could come in any earlier. I moved my appointment up a little bit.

When I got there, I started with the facial, which was nothing more than a face wash. Then the massage therapist came in and I had asked for a deep tissue massage (I always get deep tissue due to issues I have). He asked me if I thought I would be able to tolerate the pain, which I said yes because I get them often. There was no pain in the massage at all!! There was no massage even. He rubbed my body down with oil for an hour. I thought he was going to rub my skin off.

After that horrible experience was over I walked out to pay with my groupon coupn to find that the salon was closed, the lights were off, and the door was locked. The massage guy (guess he's not licensed by what other reports have said) said the girls wanted to leave early for a girls night out (so there really was no princess party booked). I could not pay because the register was closed, so after he unlocked the door so I could leave, I walked out to never return!! I still have my groupon coupon, but will not go back to use it-ever!!

NEVER AGAIN!. First of all, I bought an online coupon (Groupon or ??), and the address was given as Wayzata. Turns out the zip code puts it in Wayzata, but it is really in Navarre, and I got so lost trying to find a place I expected to be in the city of Wayzata. My facial was OK, but I really wanted to find someone or some regime that would help the acne my daughter is fighting. They have some la-ti-da system that requires estheticians to be trained in Arizona or someplace like that. I paid for a package of treatments for over $500 and the one trained employee promptly quit! After that, it was hit or miss, and all I ever got from the owner was "poor me" and she would not admit how unprofessional the entire process was. Since I had paid for it, I wanted part of my money back, but she would only give me $$ for unused peels. This, even after one of the peels really ended up being just a face wash! I don't know how she stays in business- the employees are clueless and the owner doesn't seem to care about how things go after she gets your money! Very little improvement in the acne, but at least we are done with Seidou!!

WORST BRAZILIAN. I bought a living social deal for a $22 brazlian wax...its not much less than what I normally pay, but thought I would try out a new place. MISTAKE! I arrived at this place and stood in the entry for 30m before anyone came out of the back - even with me making noise and yelling out for assistance. After someone came out - it took them another 30m for them to get prepared. The room was cold, sheets yellowed, tiny towel to cover my lap and they (i say they because there were TWO women in my room while i was naked from the waist down) were still not prepared because they forgot the strips.

The ladies chatted away as if I were not there and then one left the room to start her next customer...did not even make sure there was no one outside the door before flinging it open while I am uncovered!

The actual procedure was extremely painful as this person did not know what she was doing at all and none of the hair was coming off, so each spot maybe got 5-6 wax ripped off and even then I had to go home and shave...only about half my hair came off.

The salon has a good look and looked pretty clean, but the poor customer service and terrible service I received will be the reason I never go back.
