Fantastic. I had upper and lower back and neck pain. It was off and on for about 6 month, but I had trouble moving and lifting. I took Advil for the pain, took hot baths and tried heat, but nothing really helped. When I came to HealthSource, Dr. Carlson showed me exercises that helped loosen up my joints and helped strengthen my muscles. He is very courteous and attentive to his patients. The adjustments, exercises and stretches all really helped loosen and strengthen muscles. I also learned how to have a better posture and to relax my upper body; little changes really do make a big difference!
