Great Coffee, Proprietor is AWFUL. I recently stopped into Amore coffee to grab a cup of coffee, look something up online and be on my way. I got a latte, which was pretty good. The girl behind the bar was nice enough, she was smiling and we talked. I asked how much coffee shop employees make, just out of sheer interest. She told me that she was working for $6 an hour. Flabbergasted, I thanked her for the coffee and sat down. then I witnessed something I'm embarrassed to have seen. A large woman with short hair and death in her eyes came out of what must have been her office and started laying into the employee. The woman was using horrible language and shouting at her employee loud enough for the entire store to hear. Most of the other customers didn't even look up, which told me this large lady does this often.

I felt so bad for the employee, I vowed never to return to Amore Coffee. What a horrible woman! Who shouts at their employees during open hours and in front of people? If she's the owner of the place, she should be ashamed of herself. Paying her employees $6 an hour and then shouting at them in a very public display of emotion. The coffee was good, but certainly not good enough to support the tyranny that goes on at this cafe.
