Don't use this company. Horrible communication compounded by no-shows. Our family values our time and efforts in prepping our house for cleaning and they no showed twice this week. Absolute Sparkle is Absolutely Ridiculous.

I found your services to be terrible. I found areas of my home completely untouched. Areas of my counters.. stuff still on the floor. One would think that with 3 hours of house cleaning services the house would sparkle. I found ares of my floors with dust bunnies, a table that was supposed to be cleaned and polished still had dust!! I will never ever use your service again. I also didn't appreciate the chatting when you were paid to work. I guess you get what you pay for.. since I got if off of a living social deal...

Terrible Customer Service. This company did a terrible job cleaning our home. I won't even go into all of the details of areas that were untouched (the entire upstairs) or done poorly (floors not mopped or carpets vacuumed). Their website states they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will remedy any problems within 48 hours, none of which is true. After politely describing the problems to the owner via email (no one answers the business phone), she has refused to fulfill the satisfaction guarantee saying "unfortunately we are not going to please everyone" (isn't pleasing everyone what a guarantee means?) and will no longer respond to communications trying to resolve the issue. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I will never use this service again and will tell anyone I can to avoid them.
