RIP OFF - SCAM. I WENT TO SEE A DOCTOR IN THIS CLINIC LAST YEAR AND THEY VERY NICELY INFORMED ME THAT THEY ACCEPTED MY INSURANCE. I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT AND HAD A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

AFTER MORE THAN 6 MONTHS I RECEIVE A LETTER FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY. I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD MAILED ME LETTERS AND CALLED MY NUMBER A DOZEN OF TIMES. WHEN I ASKED THEM TO VERIFY THE ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER THEY HAD A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER.

THEY ALSO OVERBILLED ME FOR AN EYE EXAM THAT I NOW HAVE TO FULLY PAY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MY EYE CARE PROVIDER AS THEY PREVIOUSLY TOLD ME THEY WERE. VERY MISLEADING, VERY SAD. BEWARE AND AVOID.

Misleading practices. I made an appointment for an eye exam at this facility because I was impressed with their facility. However, I was grossly over-billed for the care I received, which amounted to a mere routine eye exam though was billed as a comprehensive diagnosis. When disputing this bill, they stated that because I had discussed symptoms that may be attributed to eyestrain and because I had discussed with the ophthalmologist that I had a pre-existing eye condition, that constituted a diagnosis, although no formal diagnosis was ever given and no treatment was recommended. As a result, I will certainly be searching elsewhere for eye care, and I recommend others do as well.

Best doctors in town. I received excellent care. I have heard from friends that they are some of the best surgeons around.
