I can't complain.
I have found the Staples at Har-Mar Mall mall to be just fine. I have never nor will I ever need them to do computer service for me. So I can't comment on that, but from what I have read from other review websites, you should probably stay away from them with computer repair. I recommend General Nanosystems for computer repair.
The sales people at this Staples have always been helpful, but one of them was pushy about getting me to buy extended contracts. They want to make you think that their service warranty is a lot better than going straight to the manufacture, but I get the feeling that they don't actually do anything, they just contact the manufacture for you and then charge you for it.
So save your money and don't buy the extended warranties or the "Staples Service Warranties" because I got a feeling they are BS.
