I recently purchased the 2011 Yukon Denali from Charlie, at the White Bear Lake Superstore, and the 1st comment I need to make is how comfortable, friendly, relaxed this dealership made me feel. 2nd, I must say how much I love my gorgeous, spacious SUV, it has great features, excellent price, with Luxury amenities. what a joke. buyer s beware, i had the most horrible experience at white bear lake super , i had bought a car for 17,000 with an extended warranty 3,800.00 an and we were told that there cars are certified and go through an extensive inspection before the cars go on the lot(thats a lie) all four tires were going flat there mechanic looked at a week after we purchased it an told us the vehicle was unsafe to drive one of the tires had a leak ,power steering fluid was low ,brakefluid was low electric side mirrors were broke and needs new rotors and alignment and they said they would not fix anything, even with the warranty we purchased, this went on for days with the car i just bought sitting in there shop , i got no results until i finally went there again in person with my warranty in hand and i had to physically show and read them the warranty to get them to do anything so they had to fix my unsafe tires due to my warranty they said they wouldnt honor and i am still stuck with all kinds of issues with the car an they basically said im sol,,,,,,save yourself the headache and do not shop for a car at this place there are far more superior car lots surrounding that dump up an down hwy 61, the worst experience buying a car in my life time…
Not a good experience. I purchased my vehicle in 2009. First the finance person tried to give us a really high interest rate, we chose a loan thorugh our Credit union instead, their loan would have cost us thousands more. Secondly, the warranty- I did not realize I was not getting a GM warranty, so now I have a warranty that does not cover everything. Why would they offer this off brand warranty when the GM one is obviously superior. I should have noticed this but I won't be duped by this dealership again.…
