Very Creative Artist at The Hair District.
Went in to get a new look. Met Deb Cullen who was extremely creative and passionate at what she does!!! I got the best color and cut I have ever had. I was also suprised on how great her prices were.
If you are looking for a true artist than check this place out!!!
