Single woman with new windows

Western Contruction installed vinyl replacement inserts on my home built in the 50's. They helped to get me in touch with an agency to help me fund my restoration project. I was very impressed with how quick and professional they were. They did exceptional work and were always willing to answer my questions. They also wrapped the window frames on the outside so I would never need to paint! The thing I appreciated the most was they were honest and up front with me, helping me get the best value for my money. I would not hesitate to call them with my next home project. Thanks so much Western!

Great Vinyl Replacement Windows

We are so glad we chose Western Construction to do our replacement windows last year. They did a fantastic job AND we were able to afford to do one additional picture window because Western offered prices that were much more competitive than a number of other local outfits we got bids from. The quality of the windows is as good, if not better, than what the others were offering as well.

Also, when you call Western, one of their friendly staff answers the phone. You won't get a generic answering service or even worse, some stupid menu system that gives you the run around and then ultimately asks you to leave a message so someone else can call you back at THEIR convenience. So don't wait, call them! You won't regret it.

Review of Western Construction Garage Building

In the fall of 2011 Western Construction built our new garage located in Minneapolis MN. We chose Western Construction based on their long history of building garages in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. Both my parents and my uncle used Western Construction when they built their garages back in the 1980s and 1990s. Not only were we pleased with the cost, but we were also pleased with their knowledge, quick follow-up and schedule of completion. Brad was very accessible and provided multiple referrals for us to look at completed projects in Minneapolis. With Brad’s expertise and knowledge we decided on a 24x22 garage with hardie siding, vinyl windows and attic storage. From the concrete guys, to the builders, to the electricians – everyone was professional, kept things on schedule and cleaned up after themselves. If you’re considering building a garage I highly recommend Western Construction.

Excellent Garage!

My experience with Western Construction was fantastic. I recently moved into St Louis Park and needed to replace my dilapidated one car garage with a new double garage. I met with several contractors, and Brad was the most qualified, most professional, and most experienced of the group. Brad stayed involved throughout the process to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. I'm very pleased with my garage and and I highly recommend Western Construction.

Great Garage!

Anthony&Elizabeth in St Paul: We live in the Crocus Hill neighborhood and wanted a second garage for more space. The structure needed to reflect the design elements of our existing home and garage, and Brad was able to bring his enthusiasm and knowledge to help us design a structure that fit in wonderfully, has lots of charm and character, and gives us the extra space that we needed. Very high quality of workmanship utilizing the latest products - such as Smart Siding - a Minnesota-made manufactured siding product. Still very happy two years on!
