These folks handled an after hours maintenance call like it was a routine job. problem solved, just like that. They are really great and appreciated to have gotten that under control so quickly.

Great. Diversified has great options for students on a budget. Everyone at this management co. is very nice. They worked with me to get into a place that I could afford.

Great. I have been in the area for years and have been a renter most of that time. I have been most satisfied with this management company though. I have been able to get things done around here when necessary and everything is in great condition, they have seen to that!

Excellent Management. Very easy to rent from. If I do have a problem, or something needs to be fixed they take care of the issue right away. I couldn't be happier renting from Diversified.
