Great Customer Service. Carmen is an absolute doll! I called on a Saturday and got voice mail. She returned my call after hours on the same day and spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me, talking through all my needs and wants in a sewing machine. When I came into the store to try it out, she was always available for questions, even though she was also teaching some customers to use their new sergers. She even recommended a place for dinner, since my daughter was hungry and we were decidedly out of our neighborhood. I unreservedly recommend Just Sew Studio for your sewing machine needs.
