Helpful and knowledgeable jeweler!. My fianceé and I walked in after having lunch because we had been talking about getting her engagement ring "renovated" into a design that would accommodate a straight wedding band. What a happy coincidence that we just happened to be in the same parking lot as Waldeland!

John, the jeweler who helped us, was extremely helpful. He listened to exactly what we wanted from the ring and made sure we were on the same page as far as what he was going to do to change it. We had been to several jewelers before and while none were rude or unhelpful, they just didn't offer the same experience.

The finished product, which we picked up today, was beautiful, unique, and cost significantly less than we were originally quoted. This means we can afford to get a nicer wedding ring!

Very highly recommended. I will be going back and I'm going to tell my friends about this place too!

Excellent Jeweler Rick Waldeland. Rick Waldeland and I have been friends for 22 years now and his expertise of jewelery and fine diamonds are very outstanding. Rick has made us several rings over the years and the quality and craftsmanship are excellent. We have sent our rings back to him from Arizona to be cleaned and even one ring that I had made, which Rick designed and then shipped here to me. The diamonds that Rick uses and the staff there at Waldeland Jewelers are friendly, courteous and the most professional people that I have met. Can not say enough about the wonderful people at Rick Waldelands store.

Best designs!! & Prices. I had both of my parents rings & I wanted to design a memory type ring so I talked to Rick The ring turned out BEAUTIFUL! & the Cost to do it was awesome! I told my son to see Rick for an Engagement Ring! He did & Rick created the most Beautiful ring for them! I have known Rick for a very long time! Very honest, & takes pride in what he does! He always makes it right & affordable Lots of caring in his work! Go see him you will not be disappointed! Thank- you Rick We are so Greatful to you! Your friend Celeste

Honest and sincere. The salespeople were friendly and personal. Two people worked together to help me, so I don't think they are paid a commission, and we were able to design our own ring. Rick, the owner, carved a beautiful ring.
