very bad customer service.. I visited the Eden Prairie Baja Sol for the first time, in the EP Center. I ordered the grande burrito, most burritos have Pinto beans or you have a choice. I took one bite and it was like eating a black bean tortilla . I cut it open no cheese to be found and maybe one or two pieces of chicken. I took it back up to the girl and she said it was my fault- I ordered it. She would not even let me exchange it for something else. She threw it away and I paid for nothing. I felt violated! How do you treat a customer that way? Needless to say I was still hungry and was willing to compromise but was shot down. I will not be back. I was there Tues. eve at 6ish on March 24th.

bland...In Minnesota, where milk is a spice. This is Tex-Mex or Southwest cuisine? Avoid the "new" Chimichanga and most of the salsas are tasteless.

What a shame. They have a nice concept.

These chains have no freezers, no microwaves, no lard, no MSG and no problem filling every seat in the place.. In Short
Belly up to the intoxicating salsa bar, which runs the gamut from Minnesota red (ketchup-like) to the five-alarm salsa roja. Best by far: the fire-roasted tomato. The plump tacos are available either "Baja" style, with chopped onion, cilantro and salsa; or "American," with Jack cheese, sour cream, lettuce and diced tomatoes. Seafood fans go for the shrimp burrito, packed with a fabulous garden of char-broiled zucchini, yellow squash, red and green peppers, onions and lettuce.

Bland bland bland food. The burritos are filled with bland chicken, bland beans, bland everything. Even the salsa bar is lackluster. It's a restaurant for people who are afraid of flavor. Eat at Chipotle instead.

Not enough food on plate. Granted the taste is not that bad, but what are these tiny portions? I order the shrimp fajitas, which are over $9.00 after tax, and I could not believe what the size of my portion was. 4 wraps about the size of my palm, 1 spoon of sour cream and 1 spoon of Guacamole(?), 10 tiny salad shrimp and a moderate amount of cooked onions as well as 1/4 of a small sized tomato - that's it. With a small beverage the total came to $10.79. Ouuooooch.

For that money I can go to Chipotle twice and have food for an entire week which taste better too.

The price/volume relation is definitely out of whack here. The staff is not the friendliest either.

What a deal!. This is a great alternative to your typical fast food restaurants. Get in and out quickly without the extra fat. The vegetables are fresh and the burritos are made while you wait. The veggie burrito is excellent. A great option for busy people.
