One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

Although the guy that did come out was very nice, this was our first free check on the air conditioning unit that you get with being a club member and what was done was to wash off the unit with the hose.No.looking at the outside unit it self or the box into the house. He ask to come in and look at the furnace and he did and proceeded to try to sell me air fiter for the furnace because there was a special. I asked if he was going to look at the unit outside, he said he would and when we went back outside he had me sign the paper and off he went. This to me is not worth the $19 odd dollars I pay a month. I was told by the Customer Service person this was worth $200 dollars, really!!!!! I do love my new furnace and air not so happy with the club stuff.

thorough. The service over the past many years has been excellent. Tom is the best. Recently Jeff bid on our attic insulation and did the job very well with his assistant. Very thorough and cleaned up good!

Great Service. Great service from O’Connor’s One Hour. They are genuinely concerned about what is needed for the home and what will fit into customer’s budget. They were very friendly, fast and professional.
