I really LOVE my quilt! It holds so many special memories of my brother. I love the the placement of the pieces is not a rigid grid. The filler pieces are a perfect match, since they are simply blank pieces from the t-shirts used. The quilt is soft and is easily washed. It is the first blanket grabbed by whoever gets to the couch first.

I showed my quilt to my sister in law, who makes traditional quilts. She could not stop oohing and awing about the workmanship.

Carla will be making more quilts for me when my niece and nephew graduate.

What to get the 80 year old father in law for a Christmas present? A quilt made out of the old Twins t-shirts he bought his daughter over the years. It must have been a good gift because when he opened it my mother in law starting crying. Lots of good memories for him seeing all the shirts / remembering the games he went to with his daughter. And we cleaned out the closet, and it will keep Mr. Bob warm for years.

I have worked with Carla at the good old PO for many years and can promise you a great product, and that you will enjoy working with her. She has some great ideas to provide you with a unique quilt. You will not be disappointed.

As a parent you want to give your kids the best. With the idea of giving my daughter a keepsake of her Volleyball experience, we wanted something special. Carla created just that. A one of a kind keepsake quilt unlike others you may see on the internet. Nine years of the sport produced numerous T-Shirts. Bringing the “pick of the crop” to Carla, she was able to make them into a quilt that actually brought a tear to eye when she emailed me the completed project. It was beautiful! Carla doesn’t do the usual squares with a border. (Although I bet she would if you wanted!) Instead, her design method is to use different size blocks pieced together to form a full, complete picture. I love it, my daughter loves it. If you want one that is not “pieced together” like a traditional quilt, this is the one you want. As far as dealing with Carla, that too was wonderful. 5 Stars!

I love my Harley Davidson quilt so much! It was as easy as a phone call, a box and a trip to the local post office. I had to have another, I was amazed at their ability to take my favorite photos and print them onto plain Ts and integrate them into a masterpiece of my favorite memories. The quality was second to none and I will cherish my quilts for ever. I WOULD recommend Special-t-quilt company to anybody

I absolutely LOVE my quilt! It was a great way for me to keep my favorite t-shirts and memories from high school and still be able to use them. I have had my quilt for a few years now and it still looks great. The quilt is very soft and warm, I keep it on my couch and use it all of the time and since it is made of t-shirts it is very durable and easy to wash. If you have a box of shirts sitting somewhere that you just can't bring yourself to get rid of, I highly recommend making them into a quilt it is a wonderful way to give your favorite t-shirts a second life.

I LOVE my Memorial Quilt! She took shirts that were my brothers before he passed and all the Memorial Ride shirts and made a beatiful quilt. I would send anything to her because it will be beatiful! She can do flame stitches!
