Fun Place To Go
by jetta74
This is a best place I never been before in Twin Cities. The roses are awsome attraction. The near by Lake Harriet is fun place for boating, fishing & lake beaching. There is a paved bicycle, roller skating and walking path around the lake which is an added fun. You can carry your own food & drinks to enjoy sunny weekend with your family & friends. I guess you can also bar-b-quee there if you want. There are lot of sit out places around the park but there is no sufficient parking available for crowd. Overall I will rate it for 5.
- Pros: Free Admission
- Cons: Difficult Parking

the rose garden is perfect for taking the dog for a walk on a sunday morning, or making love to your loved one on a cool summer's night.

THE ROSE GARDENS AT LAKE HARRIET IS THE NUMBER ONE SPOT FOR A SUMMER PICNIC. PEOPLE WATCHING, STROLLING, OR NAPPING, IT IS A QUIET SANCTUARY INSIDE A BUSTLING APOLIS.
- Pros: INEXPENSIVE, RELAXING
- Cons: PARKING, CROWDED
