Inside this legendary shop, owner Robin Martin works with couples to sketch a personalized design. First there's the batter: orange zest-flecked white cake hiding lemon curd under sweeps of citrusy buttercream; Bavarian cream and toasted almonds tucked inside devil's food wrapped in hazelnut buttercream heaven. Then rolled fondant becomes a folded hankie or gown's lacy bodice or gum paste blossoms into a field of 65 hand-molded tulips.
