Jem in a land of Vanilla

It is so hard to find decent ethnic food in Minnesota, this place is a real pleasure. The prices are high compared to Chicago and NYC. $2.85 for a Jamacian Beef Patty is a little steep. They are $1.50 or $2 in Chi and NYC. But the food is good. Plantains are excellent and I highly recommend them. This is a small diner like setting so don't plan on coming there for the view. This is really a take out resturant.
