Great value. I have been to this restrnt several times and have always received excellent service. We get chips and salsa right away and drink orders and the drinks are fantastic. I always get the same server who makes me my long island t's and always says it might be a little strong and it's always perfect, the next one gets a little stronger and is even better. The food is excellent and doesn't come too fast so we have time to talk with friends or family. I love this place and strongly recommend it to others. Hope you try it and enjoy it as my family does.

THE WORST SERVICE AND CRAPPY FOOD. We had the worst service ever. At every step we had to ask for service. Had to ask for chips, never refilled waters or salsa, had to ask for additional beverages and then he left all the dirtly glasses on the table. Had to go look for him three times for service. And the food - HIDEOUS. Lesson learned - don't go to Rogers, MN if you're looking for authenic food, no flavor, no taste. The horrible food with horrible service...such a waste of time and money.

Authentic. This is the best Mexican around. Prices are reasonable. My 10 year old son loves it. Portions are huge and the homemade salsa is great. We've been eating here for years and the service has always been excellent as well as the food. They make a killer Margarita also. I do think they put sleeping gas in their food though cause I get extremely tired after eating there. I would say it's the best thing since Estaban's.

Avoid if you dislike poor management.. Absolutely right about the rudeness. I ordered a dish that was listed as "similar to" another dish with the exception that it came with fresh avocados instead of guacamole. When the dish came, it was missing sour cream. When I asked for it, I was told the dish didn't come with it even though that wasn't listed as an exception. The manager came out and was EXTREMELY rude and got very angry with me for telling him the menu showed it came with sour cream. All other items clearly stated their the exceptions, but this one only had the avocado one.

I was surprised at how upset he got over something as simple as sour cream, so we dropped it. But I don't recommend going to this place if you expect any kind of logical service. Try another restaurant in town. Also, the feedback link on their website is broken. Somehow that doesn't surprise me.

Hands down best Mexican - so much fun to eat there!. This restaurant is the best! The service is amazing, the food is so authentic and fresh! I really love the atmosphere, it is really fun and lively. We have been going there for a couple years now, every single thing we have tried off the menu is superb! I had read one lady's review about it not being family friendly and I could not disagree more! They are constantly families in there having a great time - we ourselves have 4 kids, including twin boys, and they think it is so much fun & they love the food. We have been there for a business group lunch, a date night out, and a family dinner with everyone and it is a perfect place for all 3 categories! LOVE IT! p.s. - their fish tacos are amazing!

Best mexican!!. Best mexican resturant in the area, hands down! I stop into Guadalajara usually once a week and have never been dissapointed. The restaurant is very festive and clean, the people who work there are friendly and attentive, and the food is fantastic! I have seriously had dreams about their fajita burrito, it's that good. The portions are more than enough, and the price is very reasonable. All around a great restaurant, I recommend it to everyone I know.

Might get kicked out before closing time. We often go to this restaurant with large groups and they actually KICK US OUT before their posted closing time when the rest of the restaurant empties! The service is mediocre, but the food is actually quite good. I prefer their authentic Mexican food to places such as Don Pablos.

Terrible Choice for a Family. I am a mom of three young childern and my family use to eat at Guadalajara's frequently. The last time we went there to eat they refused to seat us because they said our twin boys were too messy and had broken a plate the last time we were there. One of the boys did break a plate (which my husband offered to pay for and left a tip of 25%), but it was an accident. I called the owners that evening and they were very nice on the phone. They said they would look into it and call us back the next day. It has been over a week and they have not called us back. I think it is terrible they would not welcome families into their restuarant. My family ate there a lot and enjoyed the food too. To be treated in this way is terrible! I do not think it is family friendly at all and I would not recommend bringing kids here OR supporting a restaurant that treats people so unfairly.

This is the Real Deal!. Guadalajara bring you the very best in authentic Mexican food at very reasonable prices. No Tex-Mex or "new age" here, this is truly the Real Deal with lots of delicious traditional Mexican food. What makes it even better is that the prices are incredibly reasonable!
