Great class schedule and a beautiful studio. A lot of parking. Highly recommend.

With ashtanga, hatha, Kriya and prenatal and family yoga, instructors can help you strike a pose any way you like.

This warehouse-sized yoga studio caters to everyone from pregnant women to injured athletes, from the casual yoga-goer to the advanced yogi looking to perfect their craft. An on-site boutique sells typical yoga gear--mats, blocks, leggings, tanks and sweats--as well as imported clothing, books, candles and essential oils from India, Bali and Nepal. Devout followers can even sign up for a yearlong yoga study program that teaches technique and principles.

considering yoga?

I am new to yoga and I started taking classes at the Yoga Center and I absolutely love it! They are now located on Highway 55~near the Golden Valley strip mall and Kare 11. (The phone number is still the same). The instructors are very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable as a beginner and since going, have noticed many positive effects from yoga. Classes are a bit on the pricey side, but I'm broke, so everything is expensive. The prices are comprable to others, but more than at the local YMCA for instance.
