We bought a crib at USA Baby in Richfield. It would have been an expensive crib, but they have great sales a few times a year. You can go to their web site and get on their email list to be notified of the sales. They have a number of hard-to-find and unique baby products also. The prices are reasonable (not a great discount). It's a small, some-what cramped store and during their big sales it's a mad house. Come prepared to wait for a parking spot in their super-small parking lot and to wait in line to check out (sometimes 30 people deep). However, go there when there's no sale and you have the place all to yourself!

Decent selection, but poor service and a useless registry.

They have a pretty decent selection of merchandise (different than the chain stores) but not so unique or upscale as the boutique stores. The store is in a dilapidated condition and its not fun shopping here.

Service is poor and many people dont know much about the products (not what I expect from a premium priced store). The registry is useless. The website doesnt have a useful description of what people are buying or a picture of it. When we received two items from the registry, there was no notice of who had paid for what. I had to call the store to find out who bought us what. Then I realized that our registry has not been updated. I emailed the store and then followed up with a phone call asking them to update the registry. Didnt happen - we have a baby shower coming up in a few days and I'm worried I'm going to receive duplicate gifts.

USA Baby is a major disappointment. I've received more attentive service from the big box chain store.
