Pathetic timing......

My husband I and purchased a crib from USA Baby and we have had a wonderful experience with this piece of furniture. However, when I called to inquire about purchasing the convertible pieces to make the crib into a full size, I was made to wait on hold for 6 minutes, and then informed that she knew nothing of the crib I was talking about herself, but if I wanted to call back I could. I called a couple of days later, waited on hold again and was then informed that the pieces that I needed generally took ten weeks to come in. Ten weeks! I waited 18 for the crib to come! Unless this company is growing the trees themselves it is far more efficient to purchase your needed items from the manufacturer directly and save the 80 to 100% mark-up you get from dealing with a mediocre middle man like USA Baby.

Please improve your service and inventory.

Decent selection, but poor service and a useless registry.

They have a pretty decent selection of merchandise (different than the chain stores) but not so unique or upscale as the boutique stores. The store is in a dilapidated condition and its not fun shopping here.

Service is poor and many people dont know much about the products (not what I expect from a premium priced store). The registry is useless. The website doesnt have a useful description of what people are buying or a picture of it. When we received two items from the registry, there was no notice of who had paid for what. I had to call the store to find out who bought us what. Then I realized that our registry has not been updated. I emailed the store and then followed up with a phone call asking them to update the registry. Didnt happen - we have a baby shower coming up in a few days and I'm worried I'm going to receive duplicate gifts.

USA Baby is a major disappointment. I've received more attentive service from the big box chain store.
