Horrible service

We bought our daughters nursery set at the USA Baby in Richfield. The Armoir was not in satisfactory condition. When we called to have the piece of furniture replaced they were very difficult to deal with. Not only did it take 6 months to get the new piece, they never returned our phone calls and were not professional. It was the worst experience! I do not recommend that anyone buy the furniture there because if something goes wrong, your out of luck!

Decent selection, but poor service and a useless registry.

They have a pretty decent selection of merchandise (different than the chain stores) but not so unique or upscale as the boutique stores. The store is in a dilapidated condition and its not fun shopping here.
Service is poor and many people dont know much about the products (not what I expect from a premium priced store). The registry is useless. The website doesnt have a useful description of what people are buying or a picture of it. When we received two items from the registry, there was no notice of who had paid for what. I had to call the store to find out who bought us what. Then I realized that our registry has not been updated. I emailed the store and then followed up with a phone call asking them to update the registry. Didnt happen - we have a baby shower coming up in a few days and I'm worried I'm going to receive duplicate gifts.
USA Baby is a major disappointment. I've received more attentive service from the big box chain store.
