Emails and phone calls were handled and returned in a very speedy manner. The event planner was very complete and was a great tool to let us tell our DJ what we wanted the night of our reception. Sammy was great. We could not have asked for a better DJ with a great personality. The lights and sound were very wonderful in setting the mood for the night; beginning at the cocktail hour, during dinner, and lots of fun during the dance. Sammy's interaction with our guests was just perfect. It wasn't too much and he didn't look bored, it was the perfect amount to keep our guests on the dance floor and having a great time.

This review is long overdue... I have been meaning to write to tell what a great Job "DJ" did at our wedding. He had a huge part of what my friends are telling me was the most fun wedding they have been to. He was fun and professional and kept the party going which was what my main concern was. I would definately recommend Instant request to any of my friend and I would tell them to request that DJ be the one to DJ their wedding. I feel like he listened to all of our requests and concerns and made sure that it was the greatest night. I feel like our wedding would not have been as fun and memorable if it was not for DJ and his hard work! As for the sound and lights everything was great and the event planned made everything very easy and straight forward.

Pros: Everything was perfect

Cons: Nothing wrong whatsoever

The office was very timely with their responses when we had questions, and our DJ (Rick) was very helpful when we spoke before the wedding regarding the details for the ceremony and reception. The event planner was a great tool, and very easy to navigate through. Our DJ (Rick) was fantastic. We have received so many compliments on the music. Rick did a great job reading the crowd and provided a great flow for the evening. Lighting was very nice - especially the gobo. It was very nice that we could choose the style of the gobo through Instant Request and they ordered and provided the equipment which was really convenient. They were so professional and great to work with. We always felt like valued customers. We will definitely recommend Instant Request to our friends! Very good value - we were charged the "Early Bird" rate of $685 for a Friday night - very reasonable and worth every dollar!

We went with Instant Request because of all of the great things that we heard from friends. We did alot of shopping around and once we decided on IR, we knew that everything would turn out exactly as we wanted it. The online planner was great and Mike even called us before the wedding to check in. I have recieved complements from my friends and even my grandparents said good things. I am so glad that the dance floor was full the whole night. If you want the best, go with Instant Request.

The people I dealt with in the office were very friendly and speedy to handle any emails or phone requests I had for them. The most useful thing at Instant Request was the event planner. It was so much fun listening to the song clips and creating the songlist for my reception. We were told that the event planner would be used to match us with a DJ. Steve could not have been a more perfect fit for us. He knew when to play requests and insert certain songs that we had not put onto our event planner, but that our guests loved. He even stuck to our event planner and didn't play certain songs that we had told him in advance not to play. Overall it was a great experience that my friends and family will remember for quite some time.

Instant Request is without a doubt the DJ company to go with. It has won consistently monopolizes annual wedding vendor awards and has been around for ages (1980). It is the perfect merger of class minus snobbery. It's DJs go the extra mile in their highly noticeable efforts. If you were to walk into a wedding reception or other event, you can tell Instant Request has been hired - Not because of gaudy advertisements (they don't use them) but because everything is running smoothly and people are dancing. If you don't believe me spend five minutes speaking with Instant Request and five minutes speaking with other DJ services. You'll see.

Instant Request provided the personal DJ service and attention to detail that I desired when planning my wedding night. The music selection was broad and our DJ (Tim O.) catered to meet our individual needs. He was very polite and professional, yet he knew how to get the party started and keep the energy alive. We received numerous complements throughout the evening and for weeks after! Instant request is the BEST DJ COMPANY OUT THERE!!

The DJ we had from Instant Request was the most professional and accommodating DJ I have ever seen at a wedding. I have been to 9 weddings this Summer and I won't mention the bad ones but do yourself a favor, pay the extra few dollars and get the best. We met with 3 other companies before booking Justin at Instant Request and there was simply no contest. Happy Bride 2008
