12 years of excellent service and the best rates I could find!

I have used MnResidential mortgage 4 times in the last 12 years on my home mortgages, Rich, Josh and Tisha have given great service everytime. They have shopped the market and offered the best rate I could find each time. They worked with me to get the loan done and followed through on their promises. I highly recommend them. All three of them work together to get it done right.

I was a first-time buyer and my experience was fantastic. We looked at a lot of places, I got great guidance from Rich on what to be looking for, and when I was ready to buy we got the deal done no problems. More than anything I appreciated their flexibility, as I was able to house search in the evenings and get things done while also working a full-time job. What I can guarantee you'll get from MN Residential Mortgage is professionalism and a great knowledge of the industry b/c they have lots of experience. It made my experience slick and hassle free.

I would highly recommend MN Residential Mortgage to anybody looking to purchase a new home or refinance an existing home mortgage. As a first time home buyer I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I got not only from Rich, but from the team as well. They were persistent in making sure I came out with the best possible rate and were extremely patient as I worked through the home buying process. Great Experience

My wife and I were first time home buyers and we had a great experience working with Rich. Rich was very helpful in assisting us to find a property that both met our price range and our desires. He was patient as we looked at many properties and was always willing to show us more. We never felt pressured to buy, and Rich was truly interested in helping us find the right home for us.
