Hello? Anyone here?

For our anniversary, we stayed at the Graves 601 and were excited about the "priority access" to the club with our room. We went down about 10:30 on a Saturday, and we were two of about 10 people there. The drinks were crazy expensive (no surprise in this hotel) and weak. As for the dress code? My guy wore dress pants and a button up and looked too dressed up next to the jeans and sneakers that surrounded us.
We ended up leaving and coming back later, hoping it would get busier. We were literally the only ones there, but had the dancefloor and DJ all to ourselves, so it was like a private party. Maybe if they added some drink specials, it would liven up. Only plus: No Cover.
- Pros: private party-like
- Cons: expensive drinks
This sleek hotel lounge has all the glitz and glam of a hip-hop video.

In Short
The architecture in the Graves 601 hotel's swank bar makes even the Walker Art Center look old-fashioned. The decor screams glamour, from sleek reflective surfaces to elegant seating along darkened walls. Low lighting transforms anyone with a martini into a beautiful and mysterious creature. To add to this, the drool-worthy bartenders are also champion drink slingers and a funky DJ sets the vibe with a sultry soundtrack that ranges from house to hip-hop.

If you like to be seen...while waiting in line for 15 minutes for a $14 martini, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is amazing, but do we have to suffer for it by having only 2 unisex bathrooms? I would recomend this bar as a starting place to meet your friends. I would say to go there in the early evening it is very empty, you can get a drink then and you still have money in hand. Then move on to a less poser bar.
- Pros: atmosphere, no cover
- Cons: expensive, slow service
had fun but it's not perfect

I went to the Infinity club for my bachelorette party. I had a great time dancing (Saturday night) but the lines for the bar were horrific and the place was a little TOO packed. I think it's awesome that Minneapolis can have a club that is so swanky and so laid-back all at the same time. To those who say it's not New York and that the people are ugly... go back to New York then, and let the rest of us have fun here! It's expensive but overall I think it's a nice change of pace from the grimy nightclubs the rest of downtown has to offer.
- Pros: atmosphere/decor, music, no cover
- Cons: expensive drinks, crowded, bar service is awful
Fun, classy, but pricey

Our first trip to Infiniti was a fun experience. Our absent-minded friend along for the bar trip was admitted with extremely casual attire despite the strict dress code. We were relieved to be welcomed in without a cover, but don't relax just yet - the drink prices more than make up for it in a hurry. The crowd remained rather sparse for a Saturday, but was a welcome change for conversation purposes. The bartenders do put on quite a show; however, they should be allowed to serve a few drinks without the juggling routine when it really gets busy. The 4th time up for a drink waiting for the 4 people in front of me to have their liquor thrown 10 feet in the air for 5 minutes does get old. Recommended for an occassional change of pace.
- Pros: Atmosphere, Entertaining bar, No Cover
- Cons: , and Drink Prices
Not a very good experience

My girlfriend and I went to the Infiniti Room two weeks ago. As we walked in we were impressed with the atmostsphere, music, and crowd. I went to the bar to order drinks... however, we left after waiting over 15 minutes and not even being acknowledged by a bar tender - they were too busy filling server's orders (I think). Other customers waiting at the bar had been waiting longer!!!!, it was the topic of everybody's conversation around us. They may want to hire a couple more bar tenders to handle the customers standing at the bar.

As far as upscale nightspots in Minneapolis this is currently the best. The decor is nice and relaxed. I appreciate that they did not go overboard to create a vibe. Drinks are a bit higher than one normally finds in Minneapolis, but they are in line with what I would expect from this type of place. The service was fine. The crowd was better (at least in dress and looks) than I normally encounter in Minneapolis.
- Pros: Decor, Vibe, Lighting
- Cons: It's in Block E
Finally!!!

Welcome to the FIRST true lounge in Minneapolis. The place is stylish. Yes the drinks are expensive, but is not worth it spending a little extra to have a place like this in Minneapolis. Minneapolis needs more places like this. Everyone complains about not having a place like this in Minneapolis and when it does arrive people complain about it. Stop complaining and enjoy the beauty that is the Inifinti Room.

An attempt to be New York gone terribly wrong. New York style clubs do not have horrible service to match outrageous pricess but this attempt does. If you like self abuse this is the place for you!
- Pros: Never crowded
- Cons: Endless list
Not Worth It

If you go here, be prepared to drop a grip. I ordered a glass of house chardonnay at the bar and it was $16.75. Without tip. That's right, spendy.
Also the "strictly enforced" dress code didn't seem enforced at all, and although this place was trying to look New York the crowd couldn't live up to it.
