This company All Covered is kind of new in the Twin Cities, but in my opinion they know there stuff better than any firm in town. Can't say enough how much I no longer worry about my computers. We fired our no-nothing IT and outsourced completely with All Covered. Best decision I made.
Pros: 24 hour support, quick response, excellent planning
Cons: Not the cheapest
