Good service at first but very poor follow-up. Very poor customer service regarding an ordering error on their part. The staff was rude, inappropiate, and patronizing on several occasions to several members of our party. I would not recommend this store to anyone for any reason, there are plenty of other bridal salons with better selection and better service where you will have a much better experience!

Cons: Poor service, over-priced, rude staff
