I am so grateful for the time I spent with Kimber. Insight is a great name for her business, and she will hold you accountable for your own health and well being! Her coaching is unparalleled. I had lifelong habits/ways of being that were sabotaging me, and with our work they have fallen away naturally. If you are ready to let go of being miserable, she is your woman!

I am so impressed with the work Kimberly and I did together. Her hypnotherapy has given me a whole new sense of peace. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a highly qualified hypnotherapy practitioner.
