NEVER GO THERE!!!
by MWMoose at Citysearch
Alfredo sauce was pasty and dry with no flavor.
Salad was what I make in my kitchen, which isnt saying much.
Veal, dry and grissly
Steak was ok, but with nothing else to eat, it was hard to just sit infront of a pile of meat
Mediterranean Diet Gone to Fat
by JamesVincent at Citysearch
Chianti Grill goes to extra lengths to infuse simple Italian dishes with extra fat, e.g. pesto with cream sauce. One or two of the pasta sauces are lower in fat, but the pasta is badly cooked. Their idea of al dente is one step above soggy. The grated parmesan is tasteless, not having been aged sufficiently. Seafood linguini has excellent sauce, lots of shrimp, clam bits, unchewable artichike pieces, and some scallops, still very rich but in the seafood tradition with a red sauce, but the plate also had a lemon wedge and, insulting to many Italians, a large spoon, perhaps to twill the soggy mess. . Not a place for authentic Italian food.
- Pros: Salads are good
- Cons: They don't know how to cook pasta
Nice Sunday Brunch
by mpls2004 at Citysearch
Nice Sunday brunch. Unfortunately, it is the same menu every week. Never been there for dinner, so cannot comment on that.
- Pros: brunch, easy access and parking, kid friendly
- Cons: same menu every week
Will never go back!
by sweden01 at Citysearch
Horrible food. It was barely warm, alfredo was like eating flour and water. They couldn't seem to refill our drinks even once. Our waitress literally threw our food on the table and acted like it was an imposition if we asked for anything. We will never go back!!
- Cons: Horrible everything
Great food

The food here is great, although the service is fairly slow i was impressed with the way the place is set up. It appeared that they are understaffed. So i can get over the service, the people are very friendly and helpful.

Gluten Free menu with appetizers, lunch and dinner items!
by thaadd at Citysearch
Chianti Grill, along with having your standard higher class seafood, steak, and pasta dishes, offers a separate Gluten Free (no wheat, rye, barley, oats or byproducts) menu, and a serving staff that obviously had some training in this food sensitivity. I had the Bacon wrapped scallops, and Mostacolli with shrimp (with a rice based penne pasta) and enjoyed it greatly. By all (body) accounts, they knew to keep serving and cooking tools separate and hygenic. It's so nice to not have to order a salad (although the one with my dinner was nice).
- Pros: Gluten Free menu
- Cons: We made a reservation with a work group, and still had to wait 15 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised. Very open and elegant atmosphere. Excellent food. Friendly staff. I the special which was a steak and portabello mushroom and vegatables. The favors were outstanding.

- Cons: Parking
Great Spot!

This is a great spot to relax and enjoy the food and ambience. The wait staff is remarkable. We visit the Chianti Grill about twice a month. The best spot to eat is in the lounge, great servers!
- Pros: Good parking
Not bad, not bad at all
by khastalphos at Citysearch
I was quite pleased with this place. While their food didn't inspire me to burst into song, it was still high quality, and the portions were more than enough. Plan on taking some home or leaving extremely full. Oh, and do try the seared ahi tuna appetizer. Yum.
- Pros: pleasant atmosphere, awesome bread
