Amazing Experience

This salon is gorgeous, and I love love love my stylist who I'll be returning to again and again. They offer hair, skin and nail services which is very convenient. Definately an A+.

UNbelievably bad

On a recent visit I was treated horrendously!!!! The service was wonderful; however, the management and reception staff was poorly trained and obviously not accustomed to an upscale environment. It became glaringly obvious that Marshall Field's is gone, Macy's is in its place. RIP Marshall Field's.
