Remarkable work and exceptional customer relations

My finance and I had looked around for quite some time for just the right engagement and wedding set. We found many sets that were almost what we wanted. Then we stumbled on the Knox website. Ultimately, it was a band that caught our eye. After a couple of telephone conversations with Brian Knox, we decided to have an engagement ring designed to match the band even though this meant handling the entire process via phone and email. (We are on the west coast.) We greatly appreciated the co-design feeling of the process. We were able to see and comment on the ring design at a number of stages. From start to finish, Brian was attentive, thorough and patient. So what do we think now that we have the rings? They are gorgeous! The artisans at Knox do remarkable work!

This is the 2nd purchase I have made from Knox and they continue to impress me away. They have by far the most unquie pieces with a wide range of prices to fit all budgets. The service to me is what makes of breaks most businesses and these guys are the best. There is ZERO pressure! I have to many jewelers where you have pretty much car salesman in suits trying for the hard sale. Not here, this is a family run business and the most helpful non-pressure friendly people around! They have earned my business for life.

We love Knox! During our search for an engagement ring, my fiance and I visited JB Hudson and Wixon (both had a wonderful selection, but crazy prices), and RF Moeller (horrendous service, sub-par selection). We decided to search online and found Knox. After looking thru their website, we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. What a great experience! The store wasn't overly crowded, we never felt pressured, and I loved that all items were labeled clearly with prices. (The first ring I picked out at Wixon was $94k - a little out of our ballpark!) Another important point was that this was our first time buying "real jewelry". Brian and Brent provided helpful advice, and we never felt as though we were being taken advantage of. Although we expected to keep looking, we actually purchased the ring that very day. (And I couldn't possibly love it more!) While that was over a year ago, we just recently went back to shop for wedding bands. Again, had a wonderful experience. We can't thank Knox enough for making ring shopping such a wonderful experience! We'll never shop anywhere else...

I found Knox jewelry online through a recommendation at Pricescope. Knox's site blends glamour and content quite well and was the one I returned to most often. I showed my fiance Knox's website, and she fell in love with a particular design but wanted Emerald cut diamonds in the three stone ring. A matching band was non-existent, so Brian and his team had to design one to match. The results are stunning. The service was phenomenal as well as the craftsmanship of the artisans who designed and cast each of the rings. I could not be more pleased with the purchase and my fiance continues to beam with pride and adoration for her "dream ring." A dream come true because of Brian's attention to detail and the craftsmanship of the artisans who designed and cast each of the rings. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry...

We have purchased all our family and heirloom jewelry from Knox and we love the quality and price! Even though we only go in once every few years, they are always courteous and generous with their time, knowledge and help in finding just what we are looking for. It doesn't matter if we are spending a couple $100 dollars or a couple $1,000, we are treated great! We love the unique settings, cuts of stones, and unusual stones that are available. Thanks to our friend, John, we have a wonderful family to purchase beautiful jewelry from.

I had Knox do a custom piece of my own design and they did absolutely fantastic work. I gave them the piece on short notice and still finished it a head of schedule. All of the in store help was superb, they seemed very invested in making sure I was happy. The work wasn't cheap but honestly the craftmanship was so good I think it was well worth it. Plus the girlfriend was blown away! All and all well worth it.
1200 miles away and could not be more comfortable!

I was looking for an engagement ring almost 2 years ago and found Brian on one of the wedding ring forums and he helped me design the exact ring I wanted. We talked for days and I saw many views of how the ring will look and the quality of the diamond. At no point did I ever think I was anything but exactly what we talked about. The ring came and it was perfect! I had never even met Brian, but felt as though we had been trusted friends and I knew that I would buy from him again (which we did for the wedding). The ring came shipped safely via UPS and the whole process saved me a lot of stress and Brian is always there to answer your questions (and keep us guys from going crazy). I purchased a custom engagement ring from Knox Jewelers in December. Ryan Knox took care of me, and he could not have been more in tune with my expectations in all respects. He kept me well informed during the design process, the value was unparalleled, and the ring was completed ahead of schedule. Most importantly, my fiance said it was more beautiful than she had ever imagined. We will definitely be back!

The search for an engagement ring took me months. My fiance has unreasonably high standards sometimes; admittedly, so do I.
Credit card in hand I resigned myself to purchasing a $12,800 ring from Bailey Banks and Biddle. It was a quality ring. Sweat began to bead on my forehead from the lights and I said to myself, "someone has to be making stylish rings that aren't upsurdly priced." Then, flight or flight instinct was prompted.
Google saved me by leading me to Knox - designer style and quality for less than half the price! The ring was custom-made to a 3.5 ring size. "Under-promise and over-deliver" were the words said by Brian when the ring was shipped to me ahead of schedule.
Compliments have been consistent. Some people thought that it was a Tacori. I think the desgin is original but more Ritani-like than Tacori, but even better than either.

I found Knox online a few months ago after my bf and I had passed quickly into Tiffany's around Christmas and realized there was no way we could afford an engagment ring there. Later this summer when my bf at the time, now fiance, asked if I was interested in serious shopping for rings and I said yes -- we went straight to Knox. It was a great experience for me since it was a meaningful day. They were patient and helpful as I tried on many of the rings I had looked at online. My fiance and I both agreed that we liked the look of one ring the most and I let him take it from there. A few days ago he proposed and I cannot begin to describe how beautiful and perfect the ring is. I have had more looks at my hand and jealous yelps from girls in the past two days than I could imagine. The best thing about this is that I know how much my fiance spent and the ring looks like it costs about twice that amount. The sparkle of the diamond, the setting, the detail, the shape. It all came together to make a perfect engagement ring for us at the right price. He did pay a bit more than he had originally anticipated...but still far far less than anyone would imagine.
