I made an appointment last minute and they were able to take me in, which was really helpful. The staff were friendly and Laura, the stylist was great. I was offered a drink and asked what I wanted and she really listened. The only thing that keeps me from going back is the product line. I dyed my hair and not less than 2 weeks later, it was completely washed out. Needless to say, I should've went to Target and grabbed a box treatment instead because it would have been the same either way, just a lot cheaper.

With that said, we are disappointed that we did not meet your expectations for your color service. We want our customers to know that we guarantee all of our work and take pride in using the best salon products available. Please know that we would love the oppottunity to reschedule your appointment and try to make you happy. As far as "why" your color faded, it might be as simple as changing shampoos - most all of our Bumble and bumble products are color safe and we would be happy to provide you samples. Regardless, we would welcome the opportunity to redo your color service free of charge.
