My Yellow Cab

I was looking on google for a delivery service company and happen upon my yellow cab so I clicked the link to go to the website and I looked at all the services they offer, so i thought maybe I well try them so I gave them a call to set up an appointment to have my package deliverd to a company in Plymonth and from the time of the phone call to the time of the delivery everything went smooth as can be. I will be having all my package deliveries through them from now on!

Cab #44 rocks all the way, I mean, When we got in the cab he had AC/DC on and that right there was all I needed to know that we found that right cab company from now on. The drive was soooo helpful and kind the ride went smoooth! Cab #44 Rock on!

Pros: Cab #44 Rocks harder then any cab company I have ever used in my life!

Most of the time, I get a good driver from Yellow Cab. I'm disabled and they help me load and unload my purchases and get them to the door. My experience today with the Driver of Cab #95 was worse than "less than satisfactory". Not only did he not assist me, he scared the Hell out of me with his driving habits. He took both hands off the wheel to pick up a jug of juice off the passenger floorboard, to pour his drink into a glass. After turning on my street, he again took both hands off the wheel to search for a straw in the center console, causing the cab to swerve. I can well understand why the man drove well under the speed limit! Normally, I tip the amount of the fare to the cab driver as they help me load and unload the cab, even aiding me in getting my purchases to my door. Not today! This was the worst cab ride I have ever had!

Pros: The cab was fairly clean

Cons: The driver was horrible

I will be calling my yellow cab again an again an again because the driver, George, was soooo helpful I didn't even have to ask him to help me with my groceries, he just did it and he didn't even ask me for a tip even though I did tip him well. I love cab companies like my yellow cab because there in a flash. I wish everybody would go with this company!

Pros: Clean cab, clean driver and very, very fast service!

Cons: Bye bye Green & White

I needed to get me doggy to vet ontime and I was looking on Google for Pet cabs and I checked out few online before coming to my Yellow cab even though it didn't state that they howed pets. after going to the website I soon to learn that they have meny different services which was ooooooh great to me. So I called them to make an appoint ment quick so my time was running out! and before I knew it there it was my yellow cab!!

Pros: I ooooh soooo love this company

I called My Yellow Cab because of the wonderful reviews on this website. I talked to George at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and he agreed to pick me up at the MegaBus stop in Minneapolis at 6:15 a.m. the next morning and take me to South Saint Paul. We decided that I would call when the bus got close, since it would be possible we could be off schedule. It so happened the bus was early. I called the telephone number, got George on the voice mail and left messages - I left four messages over the next hour. He never called back. He never showed up. He has not yet called back and it is one week later. I know he had my phone number because returned my call Tuesday night. I would never use this service again. Maybe he was unconscious in the hospital....

Pros: Was quick to respond and make pick-up appointment

Cons: Never showed up after repeated calls.

George was awesome. The cab didn't smell funny. He didn't drag butt to get more money out of me. He didn't speed. He was polite. I will definitely be calling this company again.

I couldn't belive my eyes by the time I got off the phone, My Yellow Cab was outside waiting. Wow I will call you everytime I need a cab from now on!!

I've used several cab companies in Minneapolis/St. Paul, but this is the first one I've used where I actually felt like my business was appreciated by the driver, George. Also, they have a great website with online reservations so I can make a reservation at 2am in my underwear. They've also never been late to a pickup. Superb!

Pros: Great Company! Great Driver! Great Service!

Cons: Only in Minneapolis!!
