I was a skeptic...then I met Jay

If you ask any one who knows me, I’m the last person in the world they would expect would ever hire a personal trainer. ‘I do not need motivation or instruction’…I always thought…that was until I started having lower back issues. I soon began to realize that I could not continue to work out and lift the same way I did when I was in 20’s. My body was changing and I needed to quickly adapt and change the way I was looking at my fitness and routines. At first I thought my lower back pain would resolve itself on its own…rest and lots of Advil and I’d be in good shape. That did not happen. Then I thought I would seek out physical therapy. I went for about 12 sessions and felt a little better…but I still was not satisfied and did not feel I was getting complete and comprehensive instruction and soon I was back to feeling the same pain as before. Seeking out a personal trainer was my last resort…and as I said…I was the skeptic of all skeptics. Then I met Jay. Jay is different than any personal trainer I have ever observed or interacted with. I appreciate is holistic approach and no nonsense style. I told Jay what my problem was and what I was looking for in a personal trainer and I immediately felt Jay was perhaps the one. After the initial sessions and Jay taking the time to learn about my fitness history, my pain and what my exact goals were, Jay developed a comprehensive program for me. Within weeks of beginning this program my lower back issues began to resolve themselves. I continue to be amazed that Jay figured out what was going on with my lower back and was able to teach me how to correct this problem is such a short amount of time. It is hard not to gush about Jay...without question I recommend Jay and I promise you…you will be very satisfied.
